On December 25, the China Chemical Safety Association issued five group standards, including the "Implementation Guidelines for Leakage Detection of Atmospheric Vertical Cylindrical Steel Welded Storage Tanks" (T/CCSAS 046-2023), "Technical Specifications for Coding and Identification of Hazardous Chemicals" (T/CCSAS 047-2023), "Technical Specifications for Selection of Electronic Labels for Hazardous Chemicals" (T/CCSAS 048-2023), "Technical Specifications for Safety Release Assessment of Petrochemical Enterprises Part 1: General Principles of Release Assessment" (T/CCSAS 049.1-2023), and "Technical Specifications for Safety Release Assessment of Petrochemical Enterprises Part 2: Technical Requirements for Safety Release of Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow" (T/CCSAS 049.2-2023).

The "Guidelines for the Implementation of Leakage Detection of Normal Pressure Vertical Cylindrical Steel Welded Storage Tanks" provides guidance on the general requirements, pre-test preparation, on-site testing, result analysis and evaluation, and report preparation for the implementation of leakage detection of normal pressure vertical cylindrical steel welded storage tanks. It is applicable to the implementation of leakage detection of normal pressure storage tanks that store petroleum, petrochemical products, and other similar liquids above ground.

The "Technical Specifications for Coding and Identification of Hazardous Chemicals" stipulates the coding objects, coding principles, coding structure and analysis, information identification, and the use requirements of coding and identification of hazardous chemicals, and is applicable to the coding of hazardous chemicals and identification in the production, storage, transportation, operation, and use stages. The application of this standard can realize the uniqueness of the allocation of electronic identification codes for hazardous chemicals, and promote the smooth implementation of the work of one enterprise, one product, and one code.

The "Technical Specifications for the Selection of Electronic Labels for Hazardous Chemicals" stipulates the selection requirements, application specification requirements, and test methods for electronic labels for hazardous chemicals, and is applicable to radio frequency identification electronic labels used in the production, storage, transportation, operation, use, and waste disposal of hazardous chemicals.

The Technical Specifications for Safety Release Assessment of Petrochemical Enterprises are divided into two parts. Part 1 stipulates the safety release assessment principles, release capacity assessment process, discharge system safety analysis and compliance inspection requirements for petrochemical enterprises and oil and gas storage enterprises. Part 2 stipulates the basic requirements for safety release assessment of gas-liquid two-phase flow, release device and pipeline design, release size calculation and release disposal system requirements.
